Barents Indigenous Peoples in Kirkenes 2010

Indigenous peoples of the Barents Euro-Arctic Region met for the first Barents Indigenous Peoples Congress in Kirkenes on February 4th 2010. 60 delegates adopted the draft resulotion, which can be found here.

The international conference, Co-existende in the Arctic, was arranged the day after, with 60 participants. Indigenous peoples from the Barents Euro-arctic Region and Canada participated.
